Exposed to the sun but mitigated by the actual construction with the netting its good on sunny days. There are a few mom rest benches in the shade too. Its a wood chip bottom playground. Town survey and homeowner survey say same thing she owns the land on both sides. Law and order is not about feelings or belief's. Also this park has other access on park property but they fenced it off. Why try to illegally take someone's land that they paid for when you have another access point? Another big question is, Why didn't the town buy that piece of the property when it went up for sale instead of assuming the new owner would want the whole town leaving garbage on their land?

It has 1 grill, a bunch of open green space, a basketball court, tennis courts, walking path, and porta potty's. I feel like this park is best for older kids. If your child has any physical limitations at all, I would avoid this park. It is not accessible at all. The walking path is paved, but it is very hilly.
