While there I asked if they replaced IPhone batteries because I had already tried the Geek Squad in Best Buy, who told me my phone was too old and they didn't service it. When I was told yes, and the battery was in stock, I could almost hear angels singing!! Plus - this is the best part - they could install it in 45 minutes while I waited!! I should run and get lottery tickets - that's how lucky I felt!! Now comes the best part - after telling him to go ahead with the battery replacement and a charging spot cleaning - my phone was ready in less than twenty minutes!! Phenomenal customer service!!
