Knowing the rules for recycling catalytic converters, I know they would've been flagged and easily traced back to me as my driver's license was required at check in. This was a huge monetary loss and I know it was my fault (they require all customers to separate their items before they are weighed to ensure accurate pricing), but I was very disappointed in how it was handled.

My husband and I just moved to the area from California, so when it came time to start working on…read moresome renovations at our new place, I had no idea where to go to dispose of an alarming amount of cement. Both FB and my neighbor recommended Sarnago & Sons for our disposal purposes, as we would be able to rent a dumpster to make the process easier. Before we rented the dumpster, we made a few runs to the yard with our trailer. If not for the amount of concrete we're going to have to get rid of, I'd continue doing so, because the guys who work in the front office are extremely helpful and quite funny. We have since rented a 20-yd roll-off dumpster, at $178 for 15 days. After those 15 days, the price is $5 a day. Additionally, if you need material (such as road base, fill dirt, shells, sand, etc), you can order a delivery that they'll bring with your dumpster for free. Had our project been further along, that's what we would have done. Be aware that Sarnago & Sons only sells material by the ton, so measure carefully. The ONLY complaint I have, and it's a minor one, is that my dumpster was delivered early. I called on Tuesday and was told that the roll-off wouldn't be ready on Wednesday, but they could deliver in the morning on Thursday. I agreed, processed the reservation, and confirmed Thursday. There was a small amount of confusion on Joe's part ("the roll-off guy") about the days and dates, but it happens to everyone. After a long week, Friday finally comes and you're bummed to realize it's only Thursday. Joe also took my contact info so that the driver could call me on his way, which would be helpful on a narrow residential street early in the morning. So, like I said, dumpster came early, on a Wednesday afternoon (with no warning call) instead of Thursday morning. But really, I don't count that against anyone. It allowed my husband, myself, and another set of helping hands to get started on our cleanup MUCH sooner. We're probably going to have to order another dumpster to complete this work, but I'll be happy to support a local business, especially one as helpful as Sarnago & Sons has been.

We agreed to hire this company. A few days later, when the bill arrived, there was a major discrepancy from what we were quoted to what we were charged. Of course, we called back and spoke with Christian. He said he would look into it and call us back. . He never did. Do not use this company! There are many other waste and hauling companies that are reputable and will not inflate the cost after the agreed price.

However, massive downside of this company is you have zero control over collection days. I'm stuck with Mondays literally for life (been with them since 2012) and many holidays fall on Mondays and they don't come out the next day . You have to wait for your next scheduled day. For me that's Thursdays. Here in Florida, you have horrific-smelling trash baking in your garage until the next scheduled pick up. I live in an HOA community so trash can has to stay in my garage. Makes no sense to me at all when you're paying like $300 a year. Also, you can't adjust your schedule to add or remove a day based on your life changes. So if you signed up ten years ago when you had three kids living with you and now they're all grown and out of your home, this means you now have less trash. County Sanitation has you locked in for two days, forcing you to find a company who will agree to one day per week. Just something to think about when looking for a Pinellas county sanitation company.

Then starts reversing as if he never saw or heard my vehicle in the first place. So I get out to take a picture of the truck number and he repeatedly lays down his horn and backs within inches of my vehicle. I was also told they would remove a competitor's container and return it properly. Instead, the container was taken and never returned to the competitor. The competitor then contacted me for reimbursement. Afterward, I learned this is reportedly not an isolated issue and that the company has been involved in multiple lawsuits. I also understand the business previously operated under the name "Liquid Recovery" and is now operating as "Easy Grease." Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before doing business with this company.
