Even then, customer service was unable to provide any estimated shipping date. Since I still had no timeline and did not receive a response within their stated response window, I emailed requesting that my order be canceled. When I received no reply, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Now, more than three months after placing the order, I have been told the item is suddenly ready to ship. The company has re-billed my card but is also telling me that it is no longer possible to cancel the order or prevent it from shipping. My biggest concern is the lack of transparency and communication throughout the entire process. If an item is a preorder, that should be clearly disclosed before purchase, along with realistic expectations for fulfillment. Better communication and more responsive customer service would have prevented this situation entirely. Based on this experience, I have no confidence in ordering from this shop again and would not recommend it to others.

I could have sworn she rolled her eyes in her head and I politely said that I would be back...no need to worry. She just grabbed it and said "Name?" wow....someone's got the Monday blues. This biz is located just down the way from Morelia's Paletas, The Cactus Club and The Brown Sugar Collab.
