As named beneficiaries to our Uncles Estate we have had nothing but problems being able to get the money that was left to us. It has now been 19 months 22 days and still no idea when this will be resolved. Our Uncle though he had tied up all the loose ends with a good Will but that didn't happen. It took more than a year to get the executor to step down with no help from the Law firm even though his dimensia was clearly holding him back from handling his duties. Once he stepped down The law firm gave the executorship to Partners In Care and neither they or Mr. Kellogg can tell us how either are making while working on our uncles estate issues. Mr. Kellogg has never once taken calls from our family. Mr. Kellogg did not step in when the executor showed signs of Dimensia nor did he step in when executor was over stepping his duties and blocking the named beneficiaries their funds. We understand all of the above people including the stock broker met through their Catholic church. Our Uncle would be very hurt as well as mad to see his money being wasted and not going to his beneficiaries as was his desire. Our family would not recommend this law firm.

The worst legal experience I've ever gone through. Avoid at all costs…read more Was required to work with Katy Sweden as she drafted our newly formed HOA. For context, I'm the first buyer into this HOA after Dimension Law helped to establish it only 10 months ago. Katy, after sandbagging us for weeks, refusing to honor our mandatory HOA Transfer Meeting, finally met with all of the new buyers to transfer it to us. From the beginning of the threads with the attorneys, I have flagged inaccuracies on descriptions of our property (vastly incorrect bedroom / bathroom count), but instead of correcting them, I've been getting pressured into accepting an amendment proposed by the seller, and will only get my descriptions updated should I accept a preposterous amendment which would take away our parking by redrawing the property map. I continue to refuse the amendment, but now it's unclear if we'll be receiving an accurate unit description. I've inquired about even paying for the amendment ourselves but haven't gotten any straight answer. Emails go unanswered, questions remain, problems persist.
