( isn't this great when your kid is little ) The waiting room is so welcoming and fun. There are books and games to keep the kids entertained at the waiting room. TV to watch while you are on the chair in the room. The staff are always super friendly, patient, and helpful. They even have a welcome board for new patients, and I remember my daughter got a balloon and a toy on her first visit! ( I wish I still had the picture) You absolutely have to bring your kids here. They'll love it! My nephews, who are in their 30s, have been patients here before at the Orange Park location. Dr. Patrick's dad was their dentist! So, you can say we're big fans of this dentistry. If you have a child, I highly recommend visiting the office and experiencing it firsthand. You'll likely want to bring your child here.

I disliked going to the dentist when I was a child. I'm blown away by the staff with all their smiles and positive interactions. They make you feel like you matter, both child and parent. My parents were going to pay the outstanding bill until I got involved and to me that is dishonest. How can you sleep at night knowing you are taking advantage of two elderly folks who have expressed their low income situation. Someone there was working on commission and didn't care what it takes to get those extra $5-$10. My parents will be going to another dentist from this point forward and I will be going to every dental appointment for them. This should not be how a business operates.

She is an honest dentist and their financial team is ON POINT. They operate everything so smoothly. I encourage you not to base your decision about going to this office due to a negative review which only has one perspective. Every office is different and each dentist has a different approach. My family friends and their kids have never had an issue going there. Their kids love this office and they've never had an issue with finances. Not to mention, Dr. Martinez works wonders with kids.
