( isn't this great when your kid is little ) The waiting room is so welcoming and fun. There are books and games to keep the kids entertained at the waiting room. TV to watch while you are on the chair in the room. The staff are always super friendly, patient, and helpful. They even have a welcome board for new patients, and I remember my daughter got a balloon and a toy on her first visit! ( I wish I still had the picture) You absolutely have to bring your kids here. They'll love it! My nephews, who are in their 30s, have been patients here before at the Orange Park location. Dr. Patrick's dad was their dentist! So, you can say we're big fans of this dentistry. If you have a child, I highly recommend visiting the office and experiencing it firsthand. You'll likely want to bring your child here.

I wanted a pediatric dentist's perspective, and I'm so glad we came here. SN: Dr. Marinela M. Nemetz runs the pediatric side, her husband runs the adult side. I'm only reviewing the Peds side. Dr. M. Nemetz carefully explained why the frenectomy was needed, but also why she does not recommend using lasers for this procedure on children. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and in a way that made me feel informed and confident in the plan moving forward. What stood out most was how much effort she put into making my daughter feel comfortable. She has such a gentle, kid-friendly way of speaking, and my daughter really liked her (and of course, the treasure box at the end!). The office itself is very child-centered, there are games in the waiting area, an open bay setup with multiple chairs, and TVs at each chair so kids can stay relaxed. Children are even encouraged to go back on their own if they feel comfortable. We've decided to make Dr. M. Nemetz our family's pediatric dentist going forward. If you're looking for a dentist who truly understands kids, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and creates a warm, welcoming environment, I highly recommend Dr. Nemetz.

I disliked going to the dentist when I was a child. I'm blown away by the staff with all their smiles and positive interactions. They make you feel like you matter, both child and parent. I appreciate it very much when striving to achieve excellent results for my smile. Her assistant Maggie worked so well with her, and the communication between them put me at ease. My parents were going to pay the outstanding bill until I got involved and to me that is dishonest. How can you sleep at night knowing you are taking advantage of two elderly folks who have expressed their low income situation. Someone there was working on commission and didn't care what it takes to get those extra $5-$10. My parents will be going to another dentist from this point forward and I will be going to every dental appointment for them. This should not be how a business operates.

She is an honest dentist and their financial team is ON POINT. They operate everything so smoothly.
