Ken gave great, *realistic* advice on what would get the home sold -- right pricing, right staging, right repairs, etc. There were numerous complications associated with the buyers' situation - Ken helped us navigate through each step and we were able to sell the house fast. We also used Ken's Auctioneering service which was extremely helpful since we didn't have to look for a second source. His evaluation of the estate property and ability to get fair prices for all our items was appreciated. I can't say enough about Ken and his team!

I had an exceptionally bad experience with an agent at this Realty office. She was condescending…read moreand rude. Made an appointment at 11am....cancelled said appointment at 11:01am. I would not recommend this agent to anyone friend or foe. I went out of MY way to accommodate the appointment and to be cancelled on without cause was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Can't imagine her level of integrity in an actual real estate transaction?

If you doubt me just take a ride by one they manage located 2 doors S of Bowman on N Grant Street. Trash piled on top of couches and broken bottles littering the public walk way. When you call them they say they will call the maintenance guy we have been told this at least 7 times and as of 2:30 today not one person has called we still have no other on our kitchen our sink will not drain right and we have no hot water. I would never rent off of this place good thing is they don't own this house they manage it for someone else and they still can't do the maintenance like they're supposed to. They have to tear up our kitchen floor to put new pipes in the kitchen they also have to put new drainage system pipes in and fix are hot water. We have not had no hot water in the house for a week it is barely lukewarm and they don't give a shit
