I'm still not wild about how much effort this took on my part, but they get a significant upgrade in stars on this review due to their effort in fixing this and for staying in touch with me throughout the issue. Not a fan! My mother in law has all her accounts here and took out a loan we pay for her. I went…read morelast month to make a payment and clearly wrote on the form it was a $7000 payment. The girl ran it for the minimum payment. I got back in line and asked her to correct it and she said well did you write it that way in the form. I said I sure did, you might want to actually look at it this time. Then we go to make a pay off payment today cause our card max is 7000 a day so we couldn't pay more the last time. The account shows on THEIR website that the balance is $259 and change. So we get their to pay off the account and he says that is not the pay off amount. Check your account. THAT IS WHAT THE ACCOUNT SAID THAT WAS WHERE WE CAME UP WITH THE NUMBER. so we asked if he could just run our card to payoff the account then for whatever the balance was and he refused. We got my mother in law on the phone to confirm the amount and he still said it was wrong. So don't know if he didn't know his job or their account information is not up to date but their service stinks! Being this wasn't the first time they missed something like processing the wrong amount and now no one seems to know they pay off amount or they just want more money since we paid off the loan in 3 months for her. But I am moving her to my bank this week!! I only give them a 2 cause the first time we went we didn't have any issues. I even forgot my drivers license in the canister and they held it for me.

These dudes kept jerking me around all I needed was a window fixed on my company van. So I did. Once I got there this dude tells me he's got a broken down car in the middle of the road all my mechanics are gone bla blah. Mind you this is 5mins before having the conversation to come SO I said fine screw it I'll come tomorrow and he said OKAY please come tomorrow we will be ready for you same time. Ok cool. Tomorrow comes around and I go to work and after I go to this god forsaken dealership straight out of Baghdad and "John smith" who shares my same name says he's never heard of my situation and that the owner is actually out today for a funeral. Ok well the funeral didn't get planned AFTER we made plans for me because that was just F*****n YESTERDAY sooooo I said whatever man I'll go tomorrow. And John is like sweet ok awesome Last day I show up and this diaper head tells me my window is broke and then gets all pissed off and mad when I said ok fix it this is the whole reason I'm here. And the dude goes "it's gonna take forever and I'm about to get off" mind you the place closes at like 6-7 or whatever and I'm sitting infront of him at 4:30 these people are lazy Highly not recommended

So I went back to get another car in 2019 but didn't have much luck, so the guy I was working with sent me to the Bandera location where we met Paul. Paul worked with me & the timing was not right to purchase a car. But as of September 18th, 2021 I went in confident I would be leaving the lot with a new car and I did just that. I appreciate Paul's patience and getting me into a car I wanted. Not sure why they have so many bad reviews but they're good do me !
