This morning I'm here at the Men's Breakfast and they are having a sharing panel on Faith @ Work - it's interesting. Breakfast was very Nice & Sharing. It was a perfect analogy for Super Bowl Sunday! Paul was persecuted and even put in jail, so I thought it was good analogy! I dont regularly attend this church, but I loved this message on this day! As people of faith, I believe we are called to stand with the vulnerable and speak truth in love--and right now, many of our neighbors are scared and suffering. I had hoped for acknowledgment, prayer, or support from leadership, but it feels like this issue has been overlooked. I share this not out of anger, but out of longing for a church that truly reflects the compassion of Christ in both word and action.

Then saw a friendly group from the church directing us into the parking lot, and they prayed over us. - and offered us waters since it was a hot day. They do a lot of events for the community such as Wednesday prayer and free dinner. They also have a very nice food pantry for those in need or in case you'd like to donate some food items, they also have blankets diapers, it's not a very large church per se, but they have large hearts when it comes to assisting the residents.

We get the things going around the nation on safety even bag checks but can be better used properly for everyone from new to regulars. Got announcements to be part off out of service listed though. Not welcomed in a nice way by anyone but a hostile, business mindset. One of the male ushers was pushing it on me and my friend during communion. Didn't like how they are closed-minded and jump quickly to conclusions. This church can improve spreading ushers and volunteers around instead in like a ball or group. Not a single usher was in main service area the whole time. Huge regret to come here. Preaching can be more scripture to refer & more time on sermon or least worship rather than focused on testimony based. Management on time use is a issue here. Staff on pastoral is good but can have more males leading.
