Over time, the search became repetitive and discouraging, as it stretched longer than anticipated and I was getting the same dead-end responses from recruiters. It was a breath of fresh air when Elite Placement reached out to me. Right away I noticed the differences in their service. While I didn't wind up doing any temp gigs in that time (my program was too demanding), I did continue to get their emails with potential job listings, which I liked as it kept me in the loop about what was out there. After graduating last year I began my job search and last month decided to check in with Glocap and see what they had to offer. I updated my profile on their site and adjusted my email preferences so that I received the emails with the job listings that were best suited for me and my skill set/experience. At the end on May this year I submitted to one of the positions that was emailed and soon after was contacted by Miriyah who coordinated my first interview with Glocap in Century City. She was helpful and sweet and lovely to work with and promptly emailed me the info for my interview. On the day of my interview I first met with her briefly and we covered some basic information and then I had my in-depth interview with Brock, who would become my main contact at Glocap. He was friendly and we discussed the position I had applied to, my skills, my ideal work environment, etc. Later that week Brock got me the interview with the perspective employer of the position I had applied for. I was very pleased with the detailed and prompt email I received from him with all the info I needed for the job interview. I got the job, which began on the temp side and within two weeks received a full-time offer. It all happened very fast, but I believe that came from it being a good fit, that was realized by all parties involved. My whole experience with Glocap, Brock, and Miriyah was very positive and successful and I highly recommend them.

They say they're going to do x,y,z for you and they never follow through. They probably have no idea where to place you or what your skillset are matched for the jobs they have, or they just don't have that many good viable jobs. They lack transparency on that front. I have dealt with this company 2x - have met in person, and have spoken on the phone on 2 separate occasions that led to no where, so I would not waste your time with this recruiting co. Unfortunately, she never really found me anything. I ended up working in DTLA for a bit for their office located there because she had sent my resume over there to a another recruiter named Ryan. Both Ryan and Denise were hard to get a hold of. I reached out to Denise repeatedly on so many occasions to ask about work, but she never called or emailed me back. Then she would randomly email me with an assignment when I was already working. So I would politely respond and let her know I was on another temp assignment and to keep me in mind once it was finished. Again, no response and never any follow ups. So although she seems like a wonderful person, I'm not too sure about her work ethic. I doubt she's so busy she can't provide simple responses. She could have sent an easy email saying they didn't have anything available so at least I knew she still worked at Ajilon. Good luck if you do choose Ajilon for temping assignments!
