Details are just silly - kitchen drawer can't open fully because of proximity to bathroom doorframe, bathroom mirror was installed broken without anyone noticing (?) and hung so low you couldn't actually see the top of your head, paint job was terrible and needed a lot of touching up afterwards, bathroom trim has issues, etc. Communicating with Stan was tedious; he has a view on things and not a particularly good listener to what the client wants. If you do decide to work with him, understand that you will need to be extremely involved in the project and watching everything every day. This isn't a turnkey kind of a contractor that you can just trust to get the job done and do it well.
