I asked a relative to pick up a bottle of white balsamic vinegar last night and they came home with the wrong one. I set it aside and went back less than a day later and they refused to exchange the items. I was told "Once the item leaves the store we can't exchange it". Wow. Really? Not even an apology for an ass backwards policy? Maybe replace the "can't" with "won't" because you certainly were capable of replacing it but chose not to do so. I've been a sole proprietor of businesses for 35 years and would bend over backwards to keep a customer happy. Not Fieldstone. Picture included of the untouched bottle. I'm not sure what their customer acquisition cost is, but I can tell you that they lost a repeat customer for $11.99. Petty and shortsighted. Stay far, far away.

They have a food service area that is great. It is like a nice sub shop. But they also have some hot items and refrigerated heat and serve items that are decent. I've found some of the older workers to be slightly more pleasant and some of the younger ones to be business only and not even a smile. The hot coffee they serve is decent, the pastries and muffins are also as good as most supermarkets.

We ordered two bacon, egg and cheeses on a bagel which were cooked to order and a breakfast burrito with bacon, eggs, cheese, home fries and potatoes in a grilled wrap was the real winner. The breakfast burrito is a must try and many of the folks in line at the deli were ordering this option. The coffee was local Cape Cod Coffee and there were a number of hot options available along with the cold brew, a nitro iced coffee and more. The coffee was fresh and brewed perfectly making this a real hidden gem for breakfast! Would definitely make our way back at some point for a lunch sandwich and/or to take advantage of the fresh butcher shop options that all looked to be of very high quality.
