Thoroughly unprofessional and they take too much time…read more I went in to get my summer tires replaced with my winter tires and what followed was an adventure I don't care for. First they ripped a whole in my new winter tire and had to order a new one to replace it. So this meant I had to cancel all my meetings for the next day since I didn't have my car. When I did get my car back the TPMS light was on. The guys in the shop had no clue about how to turn it off. One of them was googling it in front of me. Even after they 'fixed' it, the light came back on immediately. Then I found out that the stem valve on one of the tires was corroded- a fact that no one called me or told me about- EVEN AFTER PAYING AN EXTRA $25 FOR A TOP TO BOTTOM INSPECTION. Sitting in a Mavis right now to find out, once and for all, what the problem is. This is the 3rd day on a row that I have had to cancel all meetings. Please go to Olean, Hornell or even the Rochester to get car work done. The people at this place take advantage of the fact that they are one of the few car repair plces in the village. So they think they can get away with any kind of lazy, horrendous service.

My 18 y-o daughter's car broke down at the beginning of a drive from New York to Indiana on the Thursday before the 2026 July 4th holiday. Police called for a wrecker and this is who showed up. It was about 2:15 in the afternoon and the breakdown was about 8 miles from their shop. They picked up the car on 7/2, they were closed 7/3-7/5, I called on 7/6 to tell them I was making arrangements with a transport service to have the car picked up on 7/7 or 7/8. Ended up having another local shop pick it up and repair it after the transport service fell through. FKA charged me $150 for a call out fee, $75 for a hook fee, $75 for a winch fee, and $200 for tow fee. After adding on 7 days of storage from 7/2 to 7/8 at $100 a day, they billed over $1300 to release my vehicle to the other shop. If you can figure out how to cut this one star in half, that would be great! Their invoice doesn't even have their real telephone number on it. Sounds about right.
