I gave him all the details of my car had AAA towed over there and by the time my workday was over. I had a brand new fixed tire at such a reasonable cost. They were super friendly, super helpful and got me a patch on my tire so that I could keep going forward and recommended getting a new one before a family vacation. Do Not Go Here! Went to change my oil after getting it done here during the winter and they…read moretightened the oil filter down so tight I struggled to get it off with an oil filter wrench plus they forgot to put 5/6 the screws/tabs in for the skid plate that covers my oil filter and drain plug. On top of that it is extremely expensive, cost me $190 for an oil change for a simple 5 quart 0-20W change that took them 15 minutes.

The credit app/ process imo is less than straight forward as they present you with " options" on your payments ( they initially DO NOT show you the payments WITHOUT some form of EXTRA warranty on it) When I declined any warranty I was hounded by credit manager for next 10 mins and basically he insinuated how careless I was being for not choosing any! Upon arriving home I noticed various things I needed to repair ( wiper blades were falling off, fog lamp burned out , and now realized NO spare OR jack/ lug wrench at all!) People, maybe it's just me but for a 3 yr old jeep that has the SIMMONS ROCKWELL name on license plate frames ( oh yeh and NO license bracket on front!) and emblem on car you would think they could do a complete check for these NECESSITIES!! They probably got a good 1500-2000 profit on me and already will cost me another $250 to pay for these things since I've yet to hear back from them. Be careful
