He never denied that they scratched the window, instead he tried to convince us that they did us a favor by repairing the chip. A chip we paid them to fix without adding a deep scratch. He also kept saying that they had to drill the window and the drill has high RPMs, which can get out of control scratching the window. Never did he offer any reasonable solution like what you would expect an honest business to do. Please do yourself a favor and if you use this shop, don't pay until your satisfied with the results or find someone else, someone who values your future business and satisfaction.

He said he can order the specific OEM windshield we wanted and the intermittent power window issue is due to a motor-regulator going bad. He said he can repair both and instructed us to get the motor-regulator assembly from O'Reilly Auto Parts. We set an appointment for Saturday, 01/27/24 at 10:00 am. On Saturday we arrived at 10:00 am to find the bay doors shut and the office door barred close. We waited 15 minutes and no one came to the shop. We first called Ken and did not get an answer. We then texted him and still no response. At this point we decided to drive around town and returned 30 minutes later to still find the shop closed. We drove the 25 minutes one way back home. Once back home, I noticed a text response from Ken about one hour to one and half-hour later from whence we texted him. It stated that he was sorry, but an emergency came and to contact him to reschedule. On the following Monday, 01/29, I called hime and asked hime if everything was OK regarding the emergency (no response from Ken) and then rescheduled our appointment for Wednesday, 01/31/at 11:00 am. I asked him if he could work with us since Saturday turned into an inconvenience for us. He gave us a generous discount as compensation. This is what happened next: 1. Arrive at Abeita Glass Wednesday at 11:00 am. Ken said due to the bad weather parts for the appointment before me arrived from Albuquerque late. He asked me if could come back hour or hour and half later. 2. I get back to Abeita Glass at noon. Ken said his noon appointment arrived and will have to work on that first. I said to him that I have an 11:00 am slot and should go first. He apologized and asked if I could reschedule. I just said, "that is not going to happen." I did not pursue it since he did not know common courtesy that it was not worth doing business here. We were stiffed once maybe even twice. I cannot recommend this shop for any type of work.

They fixed it, and then said it was a different issue- the timing belt. They said it would be ready the next day. When we picked it up, THE BOLTS WERE NOT TIGHTENED CORRECTLY! I made it a mile before taking it back a second time. They apologized for not tightening the bolts and blamed it on a mechanic who was not working on my vehicle. The vehicle continued to run "rough" the following days, followed by decreased acceleration and jerking. I called them and was very upset with the WARRANTIED work that was performed. I did raise my voice to the receptionist and called back an hour later to apologize for my frustrations. She said to bring the vehicle in. Saturday: we called as soon as they opened to bring the vehicle in- we live roughly 40-45 minutes from Gallup. The receptionist said it was okay to bring it in and they would even give us a rental. When we arrived, I made eye contact with the owner, Ali E-Almahdawi, who then immediately vacated the premises. After seeing him, we were told they would not work on the car because of how I spoke to the receptionist the day before. Understandable. I ask to speak to the owner as the work is warrantied, but I'm met with hesitation and no one offers to help. The mechanic who worked on my car refused to take a look at it and another mechanic, unrelated to the incident, started calling me stupid for recording the incident. I started recording once I noticed the mechanics laughing about the situation and did not feel comfortable not documenting my time there. Several minutes after the mechanic called me stupid, he was in the area of my dad and I and I pointed him out. Immediately he says "Don't fucking point at me" and my dad got upset with his tone. The mechanic calls me dumb for recording (again) and asks that the cops are called on us. All of this has been recorded for my safety. During the entire incident, I was respectful, I was polite, but the same cannot be said about JN JA. When I asked the receptionist to point me in the direction to file a complaint, she refused "service" to me. The lack of accountability is astounding. We were initially quoted around $400 for the work and when we finally got it back, it was nearly 680! They never contacted me to inform me of the additional services they were performing.

I went back, not angry and attempted to come up with a solution to the problem. It took over a week to finally get the owner to call me back. He said it must have been previous damage, that their pressure washers weren't capable of chipping paint etc. I just so happened to have a picture of my truck the day prior to the wash, he denied app responsibility. I am very dissapointed, I used to recommend them to my friends and family, now I have over $1000 in damage and was told they not only were not responsible but that it did not happen there. But, they let me know they could get the good 12 ply heavy duty tires I wanted, just not until Monday. They gave me leads on campgrounds and we hung out until Monday AM.
