I called Goodyear and was told to bring it in, which I did. I mentioned that I've recently had foot surgery and couldn't walk all the way home so a team-member drove me home (I live very close) and picked me up when my car was ready. Fortunately, I dropped by the day before to inspect the tires. The last set of tires shipped from Walmart.com were the wrong size and manufactured 6 years ago by the DOT tags. The staff was cordial if not welcoming once they got their first cup of joe. Jeep was returned to us about 8:45am. In all it wasn't too bad. I would prefer a place with road pressure balancing. But the lady at the front didn't even know that was. With the life-time balance and rotate and the road hazard service the deal might be ok. CAUTION: Always get the road hazard and life-time rotate and balancing while you are having the tires installed. They will not add them on after you walk out the door. In all, it was an ok experience. I just wish it didn't take three orders of $550+ sets of tires to get one right from Walmart.com.

I recently bought my 97 Van in because the Engine was acting up cutting out and Dying, with no Engine Light triggered? Left it with them and the Tech Elroy, figured it out bc it had to do with my Alarm System and the Fuel System. This was in Oct 2019, Elroy found some loose wiring and I have had no Problems with it since. Among that I bought the Old Betsy in, the Die Hard Toyota, and they diagnosed that problem bc it would turn over but not fire? Sure enough, got it back home and it was the Timing Chain, after I tore it down. They saved me Thousands of Dollars, bc timing Chains on these Toyota's is easy to install? It's the Labor that is Costly. Fix it Myself, 250.00 my Own Labor. Woo Hoo. I have other numerous Stories, but they have been nothing but Great, in my Opinion. We tried to get our tire ordered ASAP since they didn't have our tire size in stock. We were forced to stay at the hotel next door. We were under the impression that they would install it when it got it, and yet again we had to wait till the next day. Next day arrives and they said it won't be done till 6 pm. We've been stuck in Gallup and had to stay 4 nights here already since pep boys won't help us in a timely manner. We have been dealing with them since Saturday and it is now Wednesday. They fixed it, and then said it was a different issue- the timing belt. They said it would be ready the next day. When we picked it up, THE BOLTS WERE NOT TIGHTENED CORRECTLY! I made it a mile before taking it back a second time. They apologized for not tightening the bolts and blamed it on a mechanic who was not working on my vehicle. The vehicle continued to run "rough" the following days, followed by decreased acceleration and jerking. I called them and was very upset with the WARRANTIED work that was performed. I did raise my voice to the receptionist and called back an hour later to apologize for my frustrations. She said to bring the vehicle in. Saturday: we called as soon as they opened to bring the vehicle in- we live roughly 40-45 minutes from Gallup. The receptionist said it was okay to bring it in and they would even give us a rental. When we arrived, I made eye contact with the owner, Ali E-Almahdawi, who then immediately vacated the premises. After seeing him, we were told they would not work on the car because of how I spoke to the receptionist the day before. Understandable. I ask to speak to the owner as the work is warrantied, but I'm met with hesitation and no one offers to help. The mechanic who worked on my car refused to take a look at it and another mechanic, unrelated to the incident, started calling me stupid for recording the incident. I started recording once I noticed the mechanics laughing about the situation and did not feel comfortable not documenting my time there. Several minutes after the mechanic called me stupid, he was in the area of my dad and I and I pointed him out. Immediately he says "Don't fucking point at me" and my dad got upset with his tone. The mechanic calls me dumb for recording (again) and asks that the cops are called on us. All of this has been recorded for my safety. During the entire incident, I was respectful, I was polite, but the same cannot be said about JN JA. When I asked the receptionist to point me in the direction to file a complaint, she refused "service" to me. The lack of accountability is astounding. We were initially quoted around $400 for the work and when we finally got it back, it was nearly 680! They never contacted me to inform me of the additional services they were performing.
