Started off as usual, loading items into the triple-load washers. Tried to use the credit card machine but it wouldn't work for one of the washers--could only get an error message. Unloaded that machine and used a different one. Started all the machines via the cc option. Immediately one machine began to leak water down the front and a puddle formed on the floor. I texted the service number but ofc the machine is locked on and continued to drip. I noticed then that there were water marks on the bottom portion of the front of the machine; it appears water leakage has been a problem for some time. After the laundry was done, I loaded it into three dryers. One of the dryers did not work, but it was happy to take my quarters and not return them. There is a sign posted on the wall that the owner does not want patrons to put signs on broken machines. You are just supposed to send a text. If you DO place a sign on a machine, it will be removed before the machine is repaired. That is a really despicable "policy". Owner has an ethical obligation to inform patrons if machines are not working. S.O.P. for coin-op machines. Due to the fact that 4 of the machines I attempted to use were not working properly or at all, I sent a few texts to the service number. Owner responded to the first text regarding the puddle forming on the floor, but no one ever came to clean it up. Had to laugh at the owner's responses to other reviewers who complained of losing money. Owner asks if they texted the service number; Ace will be happy to help. Yeah, right. I DID text the service number. And guess what? No response and no refund. I urge anyone who uses this Laundromat--for the sake of other patrons--*DO* POST SIGNS on broken machines if at all possible so others don't lose money, too. The only reason the owner could have for refusing to advise customers of broken machines (and refusing to refund ppl who have lost money) is that the owner gets more money by keeping the inoperable machines a secret. In a word, it's theft.

She stood up when we walked in, and after we asked about the dress, her response was simply "no." There was no explanation, no apology, and no effort to help point us in a better direction. The interaction was short, dismissive, and left us feeling unwelcome. To be clear--the problem was not that the shop has limits on what it will alter. That is understandable. The problem was how it was handled. A professional response could have been as simple as, "I'm sorry, we only take bridal gowns, but you might try this other tailor." Instead, there was no kindness, no helpfulness, and no effort to provide good service. While older reviews may praise the quality of the work, our experience suggests customer service is lacking. If you are considering this shop for an important dress, especially something sentimental like a wedding gown or prom dress, think carefully before booking. Professionalism and respect are just as important as skill, and unfortunately, that was not what we experienced here.

As I entered, I was greeted by a lady who assumed I wanted to wash all my clothing in one load. Larger washers are in the back, she said. I expressed the need to separate my whites and colors. So I read the signage and proceeded to the Double Load washers. I had to loads. $4.75 per washer. I selected Hot water for both. Wash time was 22 minutes. No problem. I waited and used the dryers. They were already hot from the previous user so I was stoked. $0.25 for 5 minute increments. I put $1.50 on each dryer. 30 minutes of drying time. When I pulled the clothes out at the stopping point, a lot of them were still damp. I added $.75 for 15 additional minutes each. After grabbing this time, they were still not dry, so I filed them and took them home to lay out in order to finish drying. The location was open. Great Was it a value for my money. I asked for a Velcro or a zipper. I got the doll. They literally just cut a hole didn't even fix the fringe. They glued two pieces of Velcro in the back and put a piece of cloth over it when you open the pocket the Velcro rips off so I had to spend 30 minutes trying to sew them on so they would be there. And they charge me $35 for something I could've done at Michael's for four dollars and probably turned out better. And they also cleared the message on the heart which required me to re-record it.
