The name is misleading. There are no coins involved. Instead, one must purchase a debit card in $5 increments. This would be fine except for the fact that one load and a 22 minute dry costs $5.10. Ten cents. Did I mention there are no coins involved? The only way to get a load of laundry done is to spend $10 with them. I suppose if you're a local and have no problem paying $.80 for 11 minutes of drying time, then you can keep your card and use it later. As an out-of-towner looking to get a single load washed, I left feeling cheated. read more

The one woman ‍ loves to complain about the last wash. If you get there at 5 after 8 she will get psychotic on the customers so that there is no time for drying. She claims the laundromat has never been open to ten p.m. before just like your a brand new customer. She is developing a severe psychotic reaction to the 8:30 p.m. last wash making up rumors about customers supposedly to get home to a problem child. The customers go along playing games with leaving to spread gossip and rumors. This woman is the one missing star. She is ruining the laundromat. This Laundry Coin Op biz is one of several fam-owned locations btwn here & Jax. I love entrepreneurs... and these owners have a success format to create & retain clientele. The owners selected a good mgmnt team, Miss Jenn & her daughter Kayla. They run a tight & tidy ship; the machines are sanitized daily. The owners struck gold with these two, who oversee 2-3 other staff. One load of laundry cost approx. $5-7 to wash & dry, depending on whether blankets or heavier materials are involved. If you want to drop off laundry, shirts, slacks, coats, & dresses are on hangers & clothes folded nicely, when you return... and only $15 for 12 lbs, but quilts & blankets are a separate charge. Note: OK to wash rubber-backed bath mats, but not allowed to dry bc the heated rubber ruin the dryees & the clothes of other who are nect to wash & dry afterwards. Not a lot of parking. This location is next to a vape/smoke shop that does a huge amount of biz. Masks required to enter & they enforce that requirement, thankfully. read more

Clean facility and well lit in a safe feeling area. We were needing to wash while camping in the area. You purchase a swipe card rather than using coins and they have detergent available for purchase if needed. It does seem to have an attendant on hand at times. I definitely would revisit if back in the area. read more

They have a new system now which is way better able to keep track of what washer and dryer your on you get a text alerts when stuff is done . Hello. A neighbor suggested this place to do some laundry. I called for directions and information. A wonderful person named Jennifer helped me on the phone. Once I arrived at the laundromat, I introduced myself to Jennifer. She helped me every step of the way with kindness and a smile. She used my name as well. What a unique experience. The place is clean and feels safe. Jennifer was sweeping alot, helping folks, and many other forms of work, while be incredibly friendly. The system of using a card, not cash for laundry is easy and safe. I highly approve of this method. I will return when I need to do more laundry. Jennifer made doing laundry NOT a terrible time. LOL. I have been debating for a week if I should do a review and the more I've thought about it, I feel like this should be said. My personal experience wasn't bad but the poor worker that dealt with the rude lady needs to know, someone was watching, and I appreciate her. I was in the Palm Coast area last Thursday evening and I stopped in this place to wash the small load of laundry I had before returning home. There seemed to have had 2 attendants on duty, One seemed very well put together and the other seemed to be fairly new. I told the one lady with long dark hair that the bathroom was out of toilet paper and paper towels, she politely replied "Im so sorry, I will get that fixed right now" she turned to the other girl working and asked if she knew how to change those items out and I guess that question hit a nerve. She flew her head around and sternly said "it cant be that difficult can it." The other lady kept her composer and went off to change those items out. I noticed throughout the hour I was there this other lady had a bad vibe coming off her, as if she didn't want to be there. The one lady was discussing how closing works and the attitude this lady gave her was really sad. I felt really bad for the other lady. The more she was trying to help the more rudeness she received. I dont think this happens all the time thats why I rated it a 3 star. The rude one had a really bad attitude with everyone, not just the other worker. I stayed my distance away until I was finished. I told the nice lady working I hope she has a good rest of her evening she smiled and wished me the same. I would return there again but next time I am going to make sure that rude lady isn't working first. I would hate to have a question and get a smart, rude answer. If the other worker sees this I want her to know she was a pleasure to talk to and to let her know she was doing a great job. As for the other one I hope she gets a stern talking to because there really wasn't any sense in talking to other lady the way she did. Nice lady with the dark hair, you were awesome. read more

Really liked this place it was my first time using a laundry mat and the lady working help me and was so pelite and nice will defiantly be back they are a little on the pricey side but well worth it to not brake my washer with a big bulky blanket. read more
