I said I wanted a length where I could wear my hair up and not worry about pieces falling out. I always bring in a picture to show the stylist exactly what I want so there are no miscommunications. I received a cut that hits at the collar bone and the front layers are too short so it does not make an A-line. Also, when I put it up, pieces of my hair fall out. I'm pretty disappointed especially because the prices were raised to $60 for a cut and blow-dry. I've received a handful of haircuts here and have only had one bad experience so I did not want to take off too many stars. In the past, I've just asked for a trim and face-framing layers.
