They sell the fish by the kg and we were able to decide how we wanted each filet prepared. They even made a soup out of the head and tail left over from the filets. The best part was the price. It was surprisingly affordable. And came out to less than $10 per person even with drinks etc. This place is great when you want something delicious and not touristy. What a great treat.
