I think I figured it out. If you sort the reviews by a new newest first, the most recent review is more than a year old. This is my attempt to perhaps help others looking for a good seafood restaurant in Cancun that is not a tourist trap. BTW, this again is in a residential area and the only way to park here is to utilize their valet parking, which was reasonably priced. They sell the fish by the kg and we were able to decide how we wanted each filet prepared.
