My father's in an adult family home and needed to renew his prescriptions as well as needing a home health nurse or doctor to change his catheter because he can no longer be easily transported to the doctor as he's too weak and frail (80#'). We called about 8 times to speak to Dr. Connie Smith to explain our needs but was not able to get through. The staff kept telling me that they no longer accept his HMO (Molina Medicare) and will need to go to their Urgent Care facility in Redmond to get his catheter replaced. I called Urgent Care facility who said that they don't do catheter changes but I need to got to the ER for that. I called the ER and they said that it's not an emergency so his insurance wouldn't pay and that I need to take him to his primary care doctor! I tried multiple times to talk to the people answering the phone, the nurse and office manager who all will not let me even speak to Dr. Connie Smith. They said that Dr. Smith has received emails and knows our situation and can not do anything. The Medicare Compare office and the owner of the Adult family home also called and were not able to get anywhere. I can not believe it would be so difficult to just get a message to my father's doctor of 8 years! Being so frustrated trying to get anything by phone, I went to try and see Dr. Smith but was not able to even leave her a note or see her. The 6 foot office manager came out and immediately whisked me outside the building where it was very cold and instead of sitting me down to hear my side, she had already made a decision she knew everything that was going on and that she would NOT let me see Dr. Smith. Her condescending and discriminatingly demeanor was offensive and she totally ignored my request or to even explain my dilemma. I told her that I had to see Dr. Smith today because it's very urgent and that I'd wait because she said Dr. Smith was busy with patients. I waited about 15 minutes in the office when I found out that this office manager had escalated a simple request to talk to my father's doctor of 8 years by calling the Police! As I explained to the Police officer that it was urgent I try and see Dr. Smith to get some resolution about getting a nurse to see my bed bound father and that only his primary care doctor could refer a home health nurse to see my father. This officer too was a bit perplexed why he was called in the first place and couldn't understand why this office manager would take things to this level! He was sympathetic towards my frustration but advised me to not go back to this doctor office because this Office Manager would press charges! If Senior Health Center no longer wants my father as their patient, why waste our time and theirs'-- rather they could just tell us that they want to drop him as a patient but to give me this kind of run around and not let us speak to my father's doctor is totally uncalled for! I'm writing this review hoping that Dr. Connie Smith will see this review so she can see how her staff handles their patients because they have not let me leave any messages for her. Also hope others will not get this kind of cruel treatment!

This place is packed with Seniors…read more And with good reason, the doctors here really seem to care. I took my grandma here for her meds check up and to have some blood drawn to check her levels. The doctor spend a good 45mins with us, and got all her meds organized. The guy who came into draw her blood was patient and quick at the same time. The girls at the front desk seemed distracted (texting, chatting, radio playing sorta loud) but we got in and out of there in a decent amount of time. Parking is sort of awkward and packed.
