Got Cigna back on the phone and insisted on getting someone who is open with a phone number with all seven digits. He sent us to another place we found out in person was pediactric only. I asked my wife to get on her knees to look shorter, but she said no. We decided it was just easier to die.

Absolute trash…read more Repeatedly sent reimbursements for out of network claims to the provider instead of me, even though claims were filed correctly indicating me as the recipient. Reimbursements also include fraudulent "negotiated discounts" that were never negotiated. Hours and hours on the phone to try and fix every time and it keeps happening. There are class actions (plural) against Cigna about this.
