I had an appointment at 3:30 on July 11, 2017. As a responsible patient I showed up over 15 minutes early to make sure I was there on time for the staff and the doctor. I then waited in the lobby for over an hour past my appointment time and was never seen. When I inquired with the staff about the wait time, they couldn't care one bit how long I've been there and offered me no timetable as to when I would be seen.
