His hygienist Migne is very thorough, and Matt not only comes in afterward to do his checks (for cancer, gum disease, etc.), but usually comes in singing. He grows a beard every fall for his birthday, and then shaves it off for the spring, so it's almost like having two dentists! It was on my Dental Insurance...yea! Unfortunately, I'd just had a cleaning at my former dentist. So it would be awhile before I saw them. But stuff happens. A new implant's plug that covers the screw fell out. Argh! So, I called Muzny & they were very nice. Got me in quickly. The office is very nice. The people are personable & open. I was seen quickly. I like that a lot. My issue was checked & the solution shown to me. I was happy with it. Just a note: you pay for what you get. I was in & out in 30 min! I'm looking forward to my first real appointment. I'm expecting great results based on the superb handling of this emergency. I definitely picked the right dentist!! *********** Update: I had recommended Muzny's practice to a close friend. However, in spite of them checking her insurance, they set an appointment before she was due. My friends first clue was a bill from the practice. Even though Muzny made the mistake, its my friend who has to pay. This does not define a professional practice to me.
