As soon as I opened the door, I felt a calmness. The room was inviting, there was soft music playing and Miss Linda greeted me warmly and immediately with a big smile. Ms Barb welcomed me within two minutes and mentioned they would be doing some imaging and explained everything along the way. We decided on a root canal that day, my heart immediately started to beat fast and I told both Ms Barb and Dr Mickel of my past unpleasant experience, and my hesitation. They were both very affirming and encouraging. They allowed me time to center myself and gave me a squishy ball. They talked me thru it and explained every step. I made it and Dr Mickel whispered a quick blessing over me as the end. It was exactly what I needed on that day. The positive messages on the walls were great.
