So then I went to another dentist and I had two cavities and two crowns so I chose to go to that dentist. One year later I get a phone call from the collection agency for the FREE X-RAYS! They lure you in with free things or things like Special $990 for first implant and when you call, they say Oh, that just for buildup. The Actual price is $5,000. I want to see a dentist that actually cares about their patients, not their pocket books. Now collection agency wants $147 for a free cleaning!!!

He was caring and thoroughly answered the long list of questions that I had; he helped fix damage that was left from a previous dentist that all others had overlooked. Removing the scratches from my teeth made me more comfortable and confident with my smile! I witnessed him belittle, dismiss, and yell at his staff right in front of me. I had to comfort one of them after he berated them because he made them cry. I have ptsd due in part to being verbally abused in the past and I was so triggered by the way he treated everyone. He would snap at them in a moments notice and put them down any chance he got. My heart rate was through the roof every time I was in his office, simply because of his behavior. I lost all respect for him. So I think he knows what he's doing? Yes. Do I think he was pushy about doing unnecessary procedures? Yes. One time I had already taken the sedating pill, so I was under the influence, and he started trying to get me to agree to do more than I had come into the office to do. I was feeling loopy and starting to experience the amnesiac effects of the pill, so I ended up just saying yes without realizing it and I left the office paying much more than I was prepared to at the beginning of my appointment. I had to call the office after I came to and ask what happened because I had no idea. I feel that was very manipulative and unethical of him. I will never go to him again.
