The whole office is always friendly and professional. If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Tim Moore and his team.

They misrepresented their service and fees. First, I was told the basic services were covered by…read moreinsurance. After X-rays I was told that I need a deep cleaning to be able to accept a crown. Written paper showing the price $115 for deep cleaning and $700 for the crown. Several days later received a bill for $166. Called and asked what this was for. Was told that I was now out of network and insurance didn't cover all the deep cleaning and the paper was only an estimate anyway, not what I was told when I gave the go-ahead for deep cleaning So two lies at this point. Next, I asked if this could be reversed since I was lied to about the fees. Their answer was if we do that for you then we have to do this for others. I guess this is an ongoing issue. Next, I inquired about my cleaning that is supposed to be covered by Insurance and was told these are only estimates and there will be extra charges for the cleaning. Wow another LIE! This is not a family friendly business. Word travels fast in a small town. I intend to file with the BBB a complaint. Looking into the Oregon Dental Association complaint department' I guess this is there way of advertising on the radio to suck more customers in and charge extra fees. Stay away from this business!!!!

The summer of 2017 I returned to this office for care. I had left previously when his father…read moredropped my insurance company, so it was at least familiar. Unfortunately Brad allowed an infection to fester (3 months no antibiotics) so bad it had to be extracted. The endodontist said the infection was waaaaayyyy at the top which would require surgery and even then no guarantees. Mr Brad played innocent so of course I had ZERO recourse. I made over 20 trips to the dentist, 14 Novocain shots and still am in pain today because of Bradly Mortenson LDS. Fast forward to a year ago when the strangest thing happened. The very sweet pharmacist at the store was telling me how her dentist thankfully caught her tooth infection prior to being referred to the endodontist. She was telling me how grateful she was for Brad's ability to catch that infection PRIOR to her root canal. Coincidence that I met her? I don't know, but three Mormon dentists from Klamath falls have caused me grueling, long term pain. It's so hard to navigate through life not being able to sleep comfortably if I put any pressure on the jaw where teeth are missing as I'll wake up in pain. Eating of course produces pain, and right now I'm in pain writing this. My gum pain never goes away. Brad sees a lot of folks from his church I don't know what his motive was other than the first dentist that slapped permanent cement over an exposed nerve was also LDS, and seems perhaps Brad Mortenson LDS had absolutely no problem helping out a friend (at least that's my opinion). Hey Brad why don't you and Nate come up with a plan to help me get a couple of dental implants? That would be so cool. It would also show what a good Mormon you are right? If this review is removed by anyone other than me I'll make sure it's in several places never to be removed. Deceit hurts innocent people, if you aren't LDS I warn you with all I have stay away from this sweet smile (underneath it's a different face I assure you).

I've been a customer here for 5 years and have always been treated well and Dr Brad Mortenson takes…read morehis time to do things right.

I felt very uncomfortable during my visits there. I have agonizing dental fear, which I told them…read moreabout before even using them, but they showed no empathy. After my initial visit it was found that I had 2 cavities (which is why I went because I had already had x-rays at Premeire Dental a couple of months before going here) but still wanted new x-rays and to wait to get the others from Premeier. Okay, no big. Then they wanted to schedule me for a cleaning of my whole 6 remaining teeth and I declined. I explained to them that the sounds and my fear are overwhelming and I threw up the last time. I also made sure before I went to her, and after my first visit that they had nitrice because I don't get very numb and it helps my anxiety for being there. Granted, I already had a tooth that was hurting me. They made my next appointmnet pretty far out and when I got there it was for a cleaning. I was very upset to say the least, and explained, again, why I wasn't having one done. They make my next appointment, again a few weeks out it seemed. I go in, everyone is nice, she makes me fill out a form regarding the nitrice and to list my meds again (as they are already in my chart) and guess what? Her sedation license is VRY LIMITED!! You have to be off all arthritits and sleep meds for at least three days before!! I was very unhappy to say the least, but I held it together pretty well. By this point most people would be yelling and screaming. At this point, I have no choice but to wait until the fourth day and go back as my insurance only lets me have one dentist! It was painful. Not only can she not give sedation if you are on any other medications, but also only at a very low dose. She does my teeth, there was a lot of pain and I cried quietly. I thanked everyone and left. Today is Monday, last Wednesday I called them three times with tooth pain and a swollen jaw and got the machine every time, no return call. I waited Thursday to hear back, and nothing!! They are closed Friday but I left a message anyway. No response. Sunday I was nauseous and afraid I had an absess so I called her service and the dentisit who called me back was not her, but he did call me in some anti-biotics. I already left another message this morning when no-one answered, again!! I went out to check my mail and inside there's a letter from them post dated last Wednesday. Inside though they dated it 10/21/19 and it says that it was to inform me that as of 10/21/19 I am no longer their patient. It also says I may seek emergency dental care within 30 days of the date on the notice!! I am shocked and appalled at their lack of professionalism. How can they backdate a letter 3 months? Totally illegal. Now I have to go back to my insurance and pick a new dentist and wait period to get in and all, I'll probably lose a tooth because of them!!! I know they are cowards and bad people. They don't have empathy that's for sure!! They could have called me a week ago and told me this, or simply just have answered their phone when I called. Not nice at all and I would advise to stay away from this place!
