They tore out abs disposed of existing cabinets and appliances, installed new flooring, lights, repainted everything, installed a tile backsplash, the cabinets, and all new appliances. Even when things went awry, they remained calm and solved the problems. They worked hard to stay on schedule and deliver a beautiful kitchen. They will be my first call next time I need any work done.

The quotes were fair and reasonable and as soon as I signed off, the work was scheduled instantly. One thing that really stuck out to me, aside from the frequent updates from my girl, Valerie was when Wes called me to ask about HOA regulations for the railing I had replaced, as he noticed that all of the houses in my neighborhood (because he drove around to look on his own accord!) hafnd a different railing that I ordered. He wanted to bring it to my attention so I did not end up paying a ton of money for work that my HOA could potentially make me redo. I just think that is a the kind of service that builds trust. Eric said they use some fancy VoIP phones and in an effort to avoid spam calls, the system blocks numbers that call repeatedly (sigh). What's the solution? They said they'd speak to their phone provider to get it fixed up. And how can we get ahold of them? I'd suggest filling out their online form. Hopefully, those messages will go directly to them! My professional painters were flabbergasted and can't even fix it because Tub Coaters uses some sort of spray paint that we can't buy. AND they want to charge me $45 for a touch up? Are you joking me? They got paint on our freshly done balcony roof, and my sidewalk. I have a complete shit time getting a hold of anyone there. They are not timely at all. They came to "fix" the flaking paint yesterday and then left because the office called and told the guy to go to a different job!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! This job was done only a few months ago and we haven't touched the paint with anything but painters tape by our contractor. It SHOULD NOT COME OFF LIKE THAT. Y'all don't stand by your work and it's TERRIBLE. These 5 star reviews are a joke. This company is a joke and the selling tactics and procedures are predatory. The fact that they have to defend that they've been in business 25 years and have many happy reviews does not change our terrible experience. They've been awful to work with. The main project was to replace more than two dozen rotting boards and the steps on our 20-year-old deck, ensure the structural integrity of the deck, and jack up a corner of the deck that had sunk a couple of inches. He also power-washed the deck and the siding of the house that faced the deck. We also needed work done indoors. He repaired a door frame to a bedroom, fixed a broken storm door, replaced marble tile in our foyer, installed a missing sliding closet door, and procured and installed beautiful luxury plank vinyl flooring for a bedroom. He communicated clearly with us throughout every project, made suggestions when he saw something that needed improvement, and always checked with us when a decision needed to be made. In every situation, he did high-quality work in a very timely fashion. He always arrived when he said he would, made sure that the times were convenient for us, and always left the work area clean and organized. Luis is friendly, honest, communicative, reliable, trustworthy, polite, and highly skilled. We highly recommend Luis and his crew, and we would hire him again without hesitation.
