Although I arrived with in posted hours on the website and the door that they were open and til five; the refused to see me because it was 12 minutes until close. They're suppose to be open on Saturdays but I was told they would not be open this weekend because they do not have a provider. When I walked in the receptionist (with a nose ring) was playing on their phone and talking with the PA that was there. The PA actually shut the door to the examination nation rooms and told her she would not see any one. I cannot recommend this establishment and suggest if you can drive 30-40 minutes to go to a more reputable establishment that cares for their patients.

I also have private insurance (Health Choice) as my primary, so Medicare is my secondary. I also have Tricare as a tertiary insurance, as I am retired from the military. Still, three different insurance plans are not good enough for Dr. Cox. Basically, if you are 65 or older and have to be on Medicare, Dr. Cox doesn't want to bother with you. That's fine. But he should put it on his website so people don't waste their time calling his office.
