Even nodded to each other in the hallway as custom to do in Oklahoma as you pass a stranger. I was setting up a new GP so I felt it was important to actually meet the Doctor. Instead I go in only to watch the NP dress down the front staff for me arriving on time. If you want you patients to arrive 15 minutes early write the time 15 minutes early on the appointment card. I then was given labs that I was not sure if I fasted long enough. So the front desk worker told me it was OK to do them tomorrow morning so they would be accurate. This basic office visit should have lasted 15 minutes was running two hours. With fear of public spaces I had no desire to wait to leave when my ride in the parking lot called with a crying baby in the car. So we left. Only to be called several hours later demanding to do to the labs or never be treated again. I had to go to the local hospital which bounce me around to eight different points of car who many were circles no one having a clue what to do. Finally returning back to the first place I checked in at the hospital. I have Post Traumatic Syndrome Disorder and have avoid medical care for fear of going out in public. This just made me rather want to just fade away in to nothingness rather that want to seek help. Don't think I will go back.

They were attentive and supportive to our needs. Quite a refreshing experience. If you need an appointment within the week as we did, these folks can get you taken care of. They accept BCBS (for federal employees) which was a huge plus. The evening after my surgery, Dr. Moore called me personally to check up on me. I saw him at my 2 week post surgery check up and was done. I had no complications that Dr. Moore explained to me before hand. If I had any other problems arise (ENT wise) I'd definitely go back to Dr Moore.
