I went in today and a woman touched the hat, said it had been worn and they didn't embroider on hats that had been worn. I told her it had only been worn twice. She acted like the hat was some road kill pushing it away from her. I grabbed it and put it back in the ziplock bag I had it in. I left telling her that if she was going to treat me like that, I didn't think I was going to come back to them for anything. I had just come from an incredible meeting at the Board of Supervisors chamber where veterans were being honored, not being treated like something you scrape off the bottom of your shoe. It was like night and day in the space of maybe 15 min.

It was a test piece for me as I was thinking about making and ordering matching band shirts for my family. For this order, I couldn't find a specific Frog and Toad design that I had in mind so I used Claude ai to help with the picture I wanted, and then sent it to JoLin for a mockup design on the shirt I chose. She even offered to meet me halfway to pick up since the shop is not local to me. I think she went above and beyond for my order and I appreciate it. I highly recommend this shop; friendly and personable customer support with high quality products. I am so disappointed in the quality of service I received from this business. I wish I can give…read morenegative stars. Back in December of 2024, I dropped off 2 gold baby bracelets to be engraved as Christmas gifts. I was told they would be ready by Christmas Eve; however, Upon pickup, The bracelets were horribly scratched, the gold was bent, and the lettering was outstandingly crooked on both bracelets. She didn't even clean her fingerprints from the jewelry. One of the fonts were so tiny that you're not even able to read the name. She told us she could have the jeweler polish the engraving from the bracelets and re-do the job at no charge, and they'll be ready in one week. We are now in February 2025, and she hasn't yet started on the re-engraving. I have received ZERO phone calls as follow ups and she continues to promise "they will be ready next week." When expressing my concern that it's almost MARCH and that I didn't expect for this to take several months to be completed, she had an attitude and failed to express any concern, empathy, or accountability, or an apology at the least. We just picked up the bracelets yesterday with no engraving. The jeweler has polished the gold down to almost nothing, and the bracelets are basically no good.
