Dr. Swensen asks good questions and provides clear and concise explanations when it comes to discussing future options. I have been a patient there for over 30 years. Dr Jason Greyslak is a Dentist's Dentist just like Dr. Long. It is vital that any dentist be a professional with a deep sense of perfection. Patients do not get out of there with missed pieces of plaque during a cleaning. The front desk makes an effort to remember your name and they are experts on insurance. The dental hygienists are the best of the best. One thing that makes the visits enjoyable is that everyone there has a great sense of humor. Prior to coming to Oregon long ago I had several really bad experiences with dishonest dentists. It was so bad I had to go to the local dental association. They accidentally billed me for the second visit (the one where I had to go back in to fix the filling) so I had to call them to remove the charges from my account... My filling never healed because my tooth, even after 2 months, is incredibly sensitive and I can't eat on it. I was referred here because Gentle Dental, which I really like, only has dental hygienists now. I unfortunately will be switching to a different dental office that offers holistic dental care :(
