First time my dad saw Dr.Seecharan. He was referred by Piedmont Eastside. We were en route when we received a call from the front desk staff reminding us of the 10:30 appt. I thought that was very kind of them although we were en route. Upon arriving, there was 1 patient in front of us. Check-in was easy and the attendant was very nice and helpful. I did not get her name but she explained the payment and if imaging was needed Before completing the paperwork, they were taking my dad down for imaging. There was no waiting. He was there for maybe 20 to 25 minutes Shortly after he was called back. The nurse practitioner saw him first. She was very attentive, engaging, and kind. Let's say she had "bedside manner" She asked my dad how he was feeling and what brought him in today. He explained what brought him in and what he anticipated from them. She went over the X-rays that were performed. She was quite thorough and she repeated it back to us as I was taking notes. Dr. Seecharan came in and introduced himself and went over the X-rays and the next step He too was very professional, attentive, and thorough. He requested an MRI and a CT of the neck/back. Follow up after they are done The office was clean and well-stocked with a variety of coffee and water. There were maybe 20 chairs in the lobby. The front desk was clean and organized. To add to my previous review, this surgery group is a shit show. NEVER GO HERE!!!! I called dozens of times with no answered call. Even on the physician emergency line. I hate to try this option, but when you send messages and leave voicemails with no answer up or response, you become desperate. Then while I'm recovering from a serious surgery, I start to receive calls about a payment. Note this office didn't realize their surgery center was out of network with my insurance and I received a statement that made me fall to the floor. "You may owe up to 168k. Kidding me? Do you know how to properly do a VOB? Doesn't seem so. They called multiple times on this. Never called back on my severe pain issues. Never responded to medication refill requests.... providers even mentioned they never got my messages. Hmmmmmm! POS office. Never go here. Who the hell is Karen(CEO) sending me a demand letter to pay within 10 days and I revived fit on that 10th day. First of all, you never sent me a statement. I owe you nothing you liars. On top of that, I never get a call back or an answer to my call when it's about pain or symptoms. Karen, I will visit you tmrw. This is a serious case. I have so much pain everyday. I'm still recovering and you can't send a bill, but a threatening demand letter? Dr. Seecharan appears to be a great surgeon so far. Everyone else is a POS employee. I literally walked into the clinic twice to see employees asleep at the front desk. Unheard of! Karen CEO doesn't understand anything. I'll come to your office and wait for you tmrw. Bethwel Raore, MD destroyed my dad's life. He performed a craniotomy on Nov 29th, 2022. He had a stroke, which has left him paralyzed on the right side. He lost his speech & the will to live. My parents foolishly took this surgeon's advise to heart without doing any research. Please take multiple opinions before going in for a major surgery like this one. It could cost the quality of your life. In my father's case, he got permanently disabled. He just wants to die than live with his disability. read more

If i could give ten stars to Dr Raore I would. Dr Raore saw me as a person in pain and he took action, my insurance denied my surgery and Dr. Rarore went to battle with my insurance for me and i had my surgery on June 12/2025, i'm now pain free i couldn't use my right hand and now i can use it, i can say that Dr. Raore is my miracle worker, I had cervical discectomy and fusion... The staff and everyone there are so nice and very respectful, the place is very clean.. I am recommending APEX Spine and Neurosurgery to anyone who is having back, neck or brain problems... The MOST PATHETIC UNORGANIZED DOCTORS OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PRACTICE UNLESS YOU HAVE 3-4 hrs TO WASTE! Wish I could give this a negative star review!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!! The reviews were all accurate! THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! The initial review started off like this- (before my visit). Would be nice if they answered the phone so I could schedule an appointment! Left a message and still no call back!! That should have been the first red flag! (Then after my visit) After finally getting in to see Dr Ayer's I waited 2hrs and 30! I spent the first 45 min waiting on the nurse to type in all the paperwork that I had to fill out and yet still repeat myself to her. After 2hrs the PA walks in. I made it very clear at the time I scheduled my appointment and upon my arrival that I wanted to see Dr. Ayres. Not his PA. I was assured that my appt was with Dr. Ayer's. When the PA came in, I reiterated that I wanted to see Dr. Ayer's. She told me he was just reviewing my MRI and would be in shortly. 15 min later she tells me Dr.Ayers is in a procedure and would be another 30-45 minutes!! WTH!! Needless to say I left!! It's abundantly clear that unless you're a walking bag of cash, you're nothing but a mere inconvenience to his precious schedule. On my way out, I noticed the waiting room was full and I made damn sure to let everyone within earshot know what a circus this place is. Consider this my public service announcement: avoid this wretched hive of incompetence at all costs, unless you enjoy being treated like a disposable speck of dust in their grand scheme of greed and negligence!! What Dr. Ayer's doesn't realize is when enough people experience the same thing and his reviews plummet, he will go out of business just like he did with his previous practice at Polaris! What's that tell you folks! His previous practice closed down! Now he is under another group practice probably practicing the same disservice he did then under a new group. I'll make it a a point to place a review on every media page that has his name attached to it! How dare you waste 3 hours of my time! Will be interesting when and if his office responds with their cut and paste response. Spare me and everyone else the BS folks! BETHWEL RAORE MD preformed a disc repair on my L4/L5 disc on 5/4/24. I was up walking on 5/5. It's now 5/14 and I am (against orders) off medications and walking just fine with absolutely no pain or otherwise notable effects of my injury or surgery.
