This is an awesome local business to have your vehicle detailed! COME HERE! When I arrived I was greeted quickly and very friendly.  We popped outside and discussed everything that would be done with my detail. I have to say, I was very excited! My vehicle wasn't nasty, but it needed this treat. When she was almost ready, I got a text update with a photo preview of some of the completed work.  Talk about building excitement! When I got it back, holy Lord! She's a beauty! I had numerous scratches on my vehicle, and they were able to make many of them disappear!  To be honest, I wasn't aware I had so many, but when they disappeared, I realized she suddenly looked so much nicer! The dash and leather pop. My floor mats and seats are so clean--how they got years of foot traffic and fast food eating to go away I do not know, but, wow! Amazing! The best part though: my headlights shine so much brighter. I wish I could tell you how amazed I am about this. I arrived with them completely clouded. I was getting ready to REPLACE them because they had become so dim. They were practically yellow.    But now they are so clear and bright. I'm gobsmacked! My only regret is that I didn't request to have my mounted toolbox shined up. But, I believed if I had, it would be so shiny it would cause a glare for all of you behind me! Mark It Clean goes above and beyond expectations! They took care of our F350 as if it was coming of brand new from the dealer. The truck is black and my husband is very meticulous about having it look clean without spots and smears. He heard Mark It Clean can treat it so it's easier to clean, and just provide a cleaner shine. They were "spot on"! They also did a great job detailing the inside. This is a work truck. and is at the coast every weekend. There was not a trace of sand or residue from tools in the cab. The truck has never looked better. Definitely consider them to help your vehicle get that new look inside and out. Great for a detail if you're considering selling your vehicle. read more

Customer service needs a lot of work Looked on yelp for an affordable cleaning service and came across Mark it clean. The initial discussion for a clean up job for an apartment was successful, but the days leading up to the job, I did not receive any follow through information such as a confirmation email, phone call, or other contact as discussed on the original phone call. I had to personally contact them several times to be sure that they would indeed show up for the job. Fortunately, they showed up and was able to perform the job but I didn't receive any follow up information for payment or any pictures of the after job as I requested, which I would have happily uploaded to yelp to help them gain more business. I digress. All in all the did show up and perform the job, but I wish I had a more pleasant customer service experience. read more

Mark, the owner, is responsible, reliable, and skillful at what he does. Watermelon explored in my wife's SUV. the smell has been pungent but i could not removed it for several weeks. After interior detailing, steaming of the leather seat, conditioning, and carpet cleaning, by Mark, the smell is no longer present, and seat/carpet were so clean. I highly recommend mark's service to anyone who is looking for car detailing. go to places based on reviews but what a let down. I got a roof wrap for my car about a week ago and a little part of the wrap was peeling off so I took it back and they fixed it real quick. A couple days later the wrap itself starts bubbling and they tell me it might be to far gone to fix and I might just have to repaint the roof instead...... why do you think I got a wrap instead of repainting it. (I want my money back) could have told me prior that it would have bubbled before I got the wrap fact you say afterwards already gives me the answer you knew it would happen read more

Had a great experience at Mark It Clean today. Mark and his team did an amazing job cleaning the extremely dirty and stained interior of my 2015 Pathfinder. Mark kept me informed of the progress and even allowed me to the back to show me how things were going. The job took a little longer than what they expected but they took their time and were very detailed. The lobby area was clean and comfortable. Mark did an amazing job, cleaning and detailing the interior of my car. The car was extremely dirty and had water and grease stains under the carpet and on the seats. Had water damage in my house which left a rust stain from a filing cabinet. Tried all that I could to remove the stain, but Mark cleaned it to perfection. He always cleaned the tile, steaming and did an extraction which made my tile come to life, looking brand new! A year later, there was a cat and dog fight on my rug that left stains and fowl smells only a critter can make.
