He was was extremely polite, very knowledgeable, and AMAZING at his job!!!! He was on time and explained everything before he started and answered an additional questions that I may have had. I had my SUV detailed recently and I could not be happier with the experience! The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Liam was the detailer sent out, and he went above and beyond. I had only paid for an interior detail, but when I came outside, I was shocked--in the best way possible--to see the exterior shining like new too. What impressed me even more was that I didn't have a hose or a power source where I live, and they came fully prepared. They brought their own generator and handled everything without needing a thing from me. Liam really took his time and made sure every inch of my vehicle looked amazing. I found Prime Shining totally by chance, booked an appointment super easily, and the tech showed up right on time, just like they said. He was super polite, calm, and honestly just had a great vibe. My SUV was a mess , I've got two big dogs, and the car was full of fur, stains, and that awful smell from accidents (pee and diarrhea). I handed it over not expecting miracles. But 5 hours later... I couldn't believe my eyes. The car was spotless. No fur, no stains, no bad smell. Nothing. It smelled amazing, like better than when I first bought it. And on top of that , they even took care of a bunch of old scratches I'd had for years... without even charging me extra or mentioning it in the invoice. Just quietly took care of it. This was my first time using Prime Shining Mobile Detailing and they did not disappoint. I messaged them over the weekend and quickly got a reply from Liam. He passed along my number to reception so they could call me when I wasn't able to reach someone in the office. My appointment was scheduled between 9a-10a and they showed at 9am on the dot. We booked an interior only clean for our SUV. We have 3 young children who manage to make unholy amounts of mess in our car no matter how hard we try. These guys were great, professional, and punctual. Liam explained every step to me, what each product was, what it did for my car. He got rid of a huge scratch I had on my door from a neighbors bad park job. I also had a bunch of sap on my car from the trees I have to park under at work and he got rid of it all. They detailed my car right at my job's parking lot (San Antonio Diabetes Center) with no water or power hookups and still managed to do an amazing job.
