Dr. Ayzin is a certified G and he provides a knowledgeable and comfortable experience from the moment you check in with the ladies up front to when you leave his office. I would say the best part about coming here is that, regardless of the issues you may be experiencing, Dr. Ayzin has the attitude that there is a solution for everything. I came here with some wild requests regarding putting gold in my mouth and redoing my entire bite and it was a non-issue for Dr. Ayzin. All of the employees here are very light and fun and the place has solid vibes all around. Whoever gives this place 4 stars or below needs to go find an ophthalmologist that is as skilled in his/ her art as Dr. Ayzin is in his because Laguna Dental Center is a 5 out of 5 establishment. From the moment we walk in, the entire team makes us feel comfortable and cared for like we're family. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and professional. The hygienists are incredibly gentle, thorough, and take the time to explain everything clearly whether it's a routine cleaning or a more involved procedure. Linda was my daughter's hygienist until my daughter moved away, now Linda is my hygienist. My former hygienist was Toni until Toni moved away. I can't even say who I like better because they were friends and so much a like! Linda remembers everything we've ever talked about so it's like going in to visit with a friend. Dr Ash and Dr Truong are both so great and also care for us like we are family when we visit. One of my sons got braces this year and Harmony Dentistry works very closely with his orthodontist. This week, my son had a filling fixed, and Harmony was able to call the orthodontist to pop in very quickly to remove one of his bands so the filling could be replaced. How convenient for all of us! Some fun amenities include cold water bottles in the waiting room, Netflix to watch on the ceiling televisions with headphones, and a paraffin wax treatment for your hands if you like! Both he and his staff have been wonderful from the start (short of wiping my tears away when I had a melt-down in their office after they pointed out all the work I would need to get done as a result of my unintentional self-neglect!).... but I digress! What I appreciated the most was their honesty and willingness to help me finance everything in the best way possible and I am comparing that to a second opinion I got that seemed anything but honest or caring! As I was getting the necessary work done over a period of two and a half months, Dr. Haghighi went out of his way to explain to me along the way what was getting done, any modifications that needed to take place, and more importantly, he listened to and addressed my concerns regarding some issues I had in the past with using oral anesthetics containing epinephrine. Not only did he accommodate my needs but he was checking along the way to see how my body reacted so he can make sure to change the dose, if necessary, at my follow-up treatments. I believe Dr. Haghighi is not only a great dentist, but he also has excellent bed-side manner, which I consider just as important as someone's skill level! He is actually very Zen and can probably make the most anxious patient feel relaxed just by his presence.
