My family has been going to Harmony Dentistry for over seven years, and I can honestly say it's the first dental office we've ever truly loved. From the moment we walk in, the entire team makes us feel comfortable and cared for like we're family. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and professional. The hygienists are incredibly gentle, thorough, and take the time to explain everything clearly whether it's a routine cleaning or a more involved procedure. Linda was my daughter's hygienist until my daughter moved away, now Linda is my hygienist. My former hygienist was Toni until Toni moved away. I can't even say who I like better because they were friends and so much a like! Linda remembers everything we've ever talked about so it's like going in to visit with a friend. Dr Ash and Dr Truong are both so great and also care for us like we are family when we visit. One of my sons got braces this year and Harmony Dentistry works very closely with his orthodontist. Dr Ash is simply the best. I have been going to Dr Ash since 2021, back when I was at Chapman University. My first visit was after I chipped my front tooth in an accident. I did a ton of research when this happened to me because I was not only in a ton of pain but was missing half of my entire front tooth, and Harmony Dentistry had by far the best reviews, so I decided to go with them and I am so glad I did. When I made the appointment that night of the chip in complete hysteria, he moved appointments around and opened up the practice at 8 am the next day so I could come in as soon as possible and not miss my important class finals. The day I went in, they placed temporaries on two teeth to fix my smile and make me feel more comfortable, and Dr Ash made sure everything looked perfect and that my permanent teeth were ordered and ready. That experience completely changed the way I view going to the dentist and doctor standards in general. Since then, I have continued seeing him not just for cosmetic work, but for cleanings, cavities, and anything else I have needed. I now live in LA and still make the drive from Beverly Hills to Mission Viejo about twice a year because I genuinely love this place, the people, and Dr Ash. The environment is amazing, and I have never felt more comfortable or trusted a doctor more. He truly is one of a kind. He always follows up after appointments to check in, which is rare. For example, today I went in to get a cavity fixed, they gave me my favorite complimentary microbial mouthwash that is normally pricey and great for your gums, and Dr Ash personally called me after the work day to see how I was doing. Not only that, I have texted Dr Ash many times on multiple occasions with questions and concerns off the clock, and he always responds promptly and is incredibly helpful. On top of that, they have incredible technology for super easy X rays and seamless retainer and Invisalign tray making, and everything is extremely efficient. Harmony Dentistry is it okay! This is the place! I've been going here about 8 years now even after I had moved further from the office. I've had the pleasure of working with Dr Ash, Dr Truong, Natalie, Shamicka, Sherry, Dianne, and Rebecca and they all are phenomenal. Everyone is very personable, polite and professional. I never had any issues with customer service or getting in contact with them on the phone. (i.e. I'm not yelling "Representative!!" A hundred times to an automated phone just to speak to a real person like some places.) I appreciate the modern feel of the office and the fact that you can receive updates and communicate with the team via texting which is really convenient. I've never had a problem with long wait times when I arrive to my appointments. The team made everything so smooth -- no surprise bills, clear communication about what my insurance would cover, and they got me booked in quickly based on my availability. On the day of my procedure, I came in early after a rough work morning, rushing and without breakfast. Despite all that, I was immediately put at ease. They wrapped me in a cozy blanket, gave me a warm paraffin hand treatment, headphones to help me relax -- and I genuinely felt like I was at a spa. Dr. Truong numbed the area with such care that I didn't even feel the shot, thanks to the topical anesthetic he used first. Sherry assisted during the procedure and was such a calm, reassuring presence. Her smile and energy made me feel safe and relaxed the whole time. They offered me multiple kind gestures to make me feel comfortable. The dentist let me know every time he was about to do something (pinch my cheek, start drilling, splashing water, ect.) and it truly makes a world of difference. Really helps ease the discomfort that comes with patients. It's rather refreshing to be at a dentist who genuinely seems kind, wants to help, and knows what they are doing. Once my work was finished (fillings redone/cavity work), he showed me before and after, asked how I was feeling about the work, and wanted to make sure my teeth/bite were 100% before I left.
