Took my 2013 Passat in to have my turbo replaced its a 2L Diesel. I was never given a estimate…read moreeither written or oral. Turbos are basically six hundred dollars to a thousand. Volkswagen gives hours as five to eight hours to do the job by any competent mechanic. I waited six months and then they said the transmission was bad and they had to take the car to get a key made so they could look into the problem something that I NEVER asked for or wanted since before I left Grand Rapids MI it had been serviced by a extremely reputatable mechanic I had used for over 12 years and I told Rash so. They gave me a bill of $6100 for putting in a turbo and taking my car to a place I did not want. At this point I paid three thousand dollars which I figured was fair for the turbo. Not only that but, this dealership was in Moon PA while a dealership was located across the river in Steubenville. When told this they retorted that they did not like them. Currently I am making complaint in the State of West Virginia Attorney Generals Office and if necessary will take him to court. This dealership is a ripp off stay away from. FAR AWAY FROM!

A family member strongly suggested talking to Josh at the Ohio Valley Dealership after deciding to purchase a Honda CR-V at the suggestion of my mechanic. The dealership's online inventory helped in the decision and changed my mind about which model when that "Certified" word appeared on the smaller 2020 HR-V Sport. By chance the next day my neighbor took me for a ride in her Honda and I immediately put $ down to reserve that certified car. No regrets weeks later - it looked showroom new according to our son on the day to drive it home. Josh was wonderful in providing a book manual, and details about the car, including Carvana's report, and Ohio Valley Honda's warranty.

We were on Vacation in Ohio... decided to look for a used Crv that morning before leaving our…read morecabin.. found a low mileage 06' at Ohio Valley, called, they saved the car for us to look at for the next couple hrs... got a fantastic deal here!... we had a blank check with us and had to use a credit card also to cover the total cost ... very helpful, car was cleaned like new.. we didn't put it on the road till a few months later.. been driving it every day since Jan... couldn't be happier with this purchase.. they called us last week -out of the blue just to ask how the car was, if we had any concerns, wasn't expecting that.. seems an Honest car dealership.. Great experience here !
