I have called everyday for a week trying to get my medical record sent to my new OB & one lady tells me they were sent, an hour later she tells me they weren't sent. They do not accommodate schedules at all, and are very rude when trying to set up appointments on days that work best for you. The front desk lady is highly disrespectful, and is no help at all. She has no social or customer service skills. I'm disgusted in the way they treat their patients.

He responded by telling me that he couldn't help me and that the referring physician didn't know what he was talking about. Without examining me at all, he declared that I have a condition in which he is not an expert. He was rude and condescending. He acted as if I were wasting his time. His nurse was not any better. I will be seeing another gynecologist for future treatment. Dr. Bagnasco needs serious lessons in bedside manner, stat.

After a very, very bad holiday weekend I got in to see her. I was so anemic she ordered me to the emergency room for admittance. I in a panic and not thinking straight (was new to the area) went home. The doc called extremely concerned and told me that she did some checking and found she did not accept the new insurance and recommended Dr Bagnasco. My previous doc sent all my records of tests and biopsy previously done so it may have made everything easier. Dr Bagnasco within a few minutes said everything needed to get removed. ASAP. Finally a doc that would push through insurance and get it done! I was put on meds to manage until surgery which went smoothly. Dr Bagnasco did a great as well as the Providence Team.
