I've had an absolutely horrible experience at Aspen Dental, and people need to be warned. They told me I needed my wisdom teeth removed, so I trusted them to handle the procedure. After everything had healed, I was still in excruciating pain--anything I ate or drank hurt, and I knew something was seriously wrong. When I went back, they did a scan and casually told me they had damaged my top back molars during the wisdom tooth extraction, exposing the roots. Now I have to get those molars removed and replaced with dental implants, costing me $8,000! As if that wasn't enough, they also gave me one quote for the procedure but ended up charging me more in the end. To make matters worse, they acted like it was no big deal, as if this was just some routine complication. This should NEVER have happened. My new dentist was absolutely appalled, and so was everyone I talked to. I filed a complaint with the Texas State Board, and after that, I got a call from their Aspen regional manager, Devon Jefferson. The call felt empty and insincere. After I explained the situation, all he said was, 'Is there anything I can do for you?' But what could I even say at that point? The damage was already done. The only thing they can do is cover the cost of fixing my teeth. Which they obviously aren't going to do. I've heard nothing but terrible things about Aspen Dental since, and after what I've been through, I believe it. I woke up on July 4th with incredible tooth pain. I called an 800 number and spoke to someone. They made me an appointment for the next day! I came in and I was impressed by everyone there! I was also impressed by how fast they got me to see the dentist. She explained everything and I got to see the X-ray as she was talking about it. I saw my fractured tooth and they set me up with a sweet treatment plan. This is my dentist for life now! read more

I made an appointment for a broken tooth. They xrayed it and told me it needed to be pulped. But. My appointment didn't cover the time to pull it!!! I could Waianae they'd work me in. I have a job. DO NOT GO HERE ! I was completely ripped off! I bought a lower denture and it does NOT fit and they have not done anything to fix the problem. I was given 1 adjustment appointment. Before I purchased my lower denture I was given assurances that they knew what they were doing. They DO NOT know what they are doing! The denture does NOT fit, it floats, and it cuts into my check that's how poorly made it is. Also I was told they would match the coloring & it's not even close. They ripped me off for over $3000. So DD the receptionist was amazing. The techs and dentist were nice and professional. I was having a top denture made. I keep getting text to book an appointment. I would and be told my plate was not back. The text stopped. I could not get through on the phone. I tried to come up and get an appointment. They are closed early on Fridays. I met with manager Natsomething? She could not have been more apathetic and flippant. So I spent $1600.00 on top plate that took two months. I had another $3500.00 work I was going to have done there. My spouse was also going to get a new top plate. But this manager was so nasty we will be taking our money else where. I am not sure what she manages but it will not be my $5600. read more

I will never go back to Aspen Dental, I went for jaw pain, they did a deep clean, then said my wisdom tooth was the problem. IT WAS NOT MY WISDOM TOOTH. Ended up coming back a week later jaw still hurting. Then they said I need a crown, cause there was a small hole in my molder, they took the whole top of my tooth offand fitted me for the crown, i paid in full, then when i came in for my crown. They said it would be 206.45 more.. bullshit.. so I paid cause now I'm in a bind.. they adjusted my crown. Glued it in then persisted it get why glue over flowed out. With out numbing me.. they scraped and dug between my teeth. I was in so much pain. Then he choose to numb it then. When he was numbing me he stuck the needle into my jaw bone, which sent a sharp pain into my ear, my lip broke out all three times i went, when I left they wanted to set me up with a check up.. i told them i would rather go to LSU hospital before i ever come back..
