Dr. winters uses a mix of both, whatever best fits the patient. He is always there to help. He is also very good for chronic pains and car accidents. He took care of me well after mine. Not everything can be solved by modern medicine, sometimes you have to try alternatives. In fact I have had my best results getting alternative treatments instead of prescribed medicines. When I started seeing him I had gotten to a point where I could no longer play sports because of sciatic pain. The athletic trainers I had seen were only doing massage and attempting ultra-sound but couldn't pin-point the problem or develop a long-term solution. After seeing mark three times a week for 3 months my hips were realligned (the real root of the problem) and my pain has been gone for three years now.
