High fives all around! I went to my insurance company today to discuss my concerns regarding my upcoming six month policy and the increase. I met with Robin, who greeted me with a warm and friendly smile , which made me feel a little better. Robin diligently worked with me to come up with a more affordable policy. Along with long-term solutions as well. I also met with Morgan. The home insurance specialist who was also very pleasant and helpful in reviewing a policy and how I can benefit from switching to a more affordable one by placing all my policies under one group. I also met Mark, the owner who was also very pleasant to welcoming. I was very pleased and happy that I decided to visit their office. I think that it is very important to at least visit your insurance provider at least annually if at all possible. It could be more financially beneficial than you think! read more

Getting an insurance quote from this place is harder than pulling teeth from an alligator, without anesthesia. The Mark Rossmiller State Farm Agency was referred to me via my Indiana State Farm agent, who always provided excellent and quick service to me. So I thought all would go smooth and easy transitioning to this State Farm agency. Unfortunately, the opposite was true here. This agency would make Rube Goldberg proud in the complexity of how it takes getting a simple insurance quote into a several month ordeal. I requested quotes from Debbie C starting back around Sept 6, 2016 via email. Also, wanting to compare rates, I requested quotes from other Insurance carriers in the area too. I requested insurance quotes on several real estate properties and multiple vehicles. The quotes either came very, very slow or not at all. Some quotes came so slow, that by the time I received a reply, I already had quotes from several other agencies in hand, and purchased insurance and moved on to my next project. Some quotes did not come at all, and when I later questioned Debbie why she did not follow up as promised, she said she thought if I needed immediate assistance I would just call the office. Maybe in the 1990's I would have done it all via phone calls or even in person, and not have minded it taking a few weeks to get an insurance quote. But in fairness I am a high tech guy and prefer to do things the modern economical time saving way, such as utilizing email and Internet website, many of which offer instant quotes without even talking to a live person. I try to avoid lengthy intrusive phone calls and playing phone tag, ha. Fast forward to Dec 28, 2016, I am still giving this office an opportunity to earn my business. I emailed Heidi, and she passed me back to Debbie. I now have changed my All State insurance to Geico, which had the lowest rates, and was the easiest to deal with. I am still waiting for a follow up email from Debbie today, although too late now, as I have made a decision and went with the quotes in hand. I actually bought and flipped a property that I wanted a quote from State Farm on, quicker than State Farm was able to even get me a quote. I won't go into specific details and bore you to sleep, but I think this review gives the general idea of how my interaction went with this company. I do not like writing these types of bad reviews, but I do so hoping Mark can address the issues he may be unaware of in his office. When I brought these issues up to Debbie, she did not know / think she was doing anything incorrectly, and she sort of thought I was an ass for bringing the matter into the light. When I do these things, I do it hoping the person can better themselves, with true and honest feedback. Instead of me just saying all is great, and not ever doing business with them, and them not understand why. If you like nostalgia, and doing things the slow ole fashion way, and have several weeks or even months to wait for an insurance quote, this office may work great for you. read more

I was introduced to this office through an uncle who had been doing business with Debbie Carroll for years and years. (She took really good care of him.) When he passed we went in to see her and I was amazed on how she explained everything to me. I was never interested in stocks, IRA's, annuities but the way she explained it made it so much easier to decide where I wanted to put my money. Funny thing is my (back then) 13 year old also got interested in putting her savings aside. I live in Tampa so it's a little ride out to her office but she has (on many occasions) met us up there on Saturdays. And she does it all with a small - so sweet. My daughter and son now have several different accounts with this office because of her. Every email or call I have sent has ALWAYS been replied to in a timely fashion. After almost 40 years as a loyal State Farm customer, the poor customer service provided by the owner and employee this office convinced me it was time to shop for insurance. When I found a new provider far more responsive to my needs at a much lower cost, I had to call corporate State Farm office to cancel my policy because local Apollo Beach State Farm people would not answer their phone, return my messages, or respond to my email. Disappointed to leave State Farm, but glad to find an excellent new company, USAA. If you are past or present military, call USAA. They are amazing in the way they help their policyholders. read more

I recently moved to Fort Lauderdale and was dumbfounded by how unprofessional the insurance agents are here. After talking / complaining with friends, they suggested I check if Tampa area agents can write insurance for South Florida and suggested Jacqueline and Kendra at this agency. Turns out, any agent in FL can write coverage statewide. Kendra worked with me over the weekend (Sunday evening even!) and Jacqueline was a hawk going over all the paperwork when she arrived in the office. They were patient and incredibly thorough. Buying insurance rates up there with going to the dentist, but Jacqueline and Kendra made the experience painless - even from 200 miles away. Thanks! read more

I am throughly disappointed with the staff at this office. I have all of my policies through them and they decided to cancel my car insurance with a letter. No phone call, no apology. I have called several times to discuss the issues to no avail. I was told it's a "company cancellation". Therefore, I am taking my insurance business elsewhere and suggest you do as well. Common courtesy in business is to work with someone to resolve an issue not blame the customer and offer no resolution. Thank you for changing my mind about being a "good neighbor". read more

She took the utmost patience to help me understand insurance requirements in a way that was not upsetting and gave me the best advice. We need caring people like Ashley in most business areas.
