I called several times to book 2 toilets for our wedding before finally being able to contact…read moresomeone. After booking the reservation, we received no confirmation and we had to call twice again before being provided an invoice. All communication with the company was one-sided and they never reached out first, even the day of delivery (so we had no idea when they would be arriving- on the day of the wedding). I had to lie and say the wedding began earlier than it actually did to increase the likelihood they would arrive before guests- or at all. The company promised my wife they would have them delivered on 2 separate days prior to the wedding, but they failed to follow through. We were told the toilets would be decorated with our wedding colors; however, there was no wedding decor inside them. For some reason they are not allowed to use equipment to move the toilets and they had to be dragged across the lawn, tearing up the grass. Our bridesmaid left a negative review on a separate site and the owner contacted me to question why no one called her on the day of the wedding to complain; she began getting heated with me on the phone when I explained no one was going to step away from the wedding to make phone calls (also they are closed on weekends). They are unprofessional and do not put effort into effectively communicating with their customers.

She was very patient and knowledgable while trying to teach all of us how to paint our masterpieces. She and her staff were attentive to our needs and made it a fun experience for all. She even managed to console a 5 year old that was a little upset that her painting wasn't quite coming out like hers and gave her a clean canvas to paint a cat on which is one of her favorite animals and it was all good. He called other stores in the area to see if they had the same ones. They didn't so he offered to give me a rain check and included the sale price. Shortly after they called and said the frames were in. Customer service these days is pretty bad. Sebastian was an example of how customer service should be. Excellent.
