Very unprofessional as it wasn't even pick up time and I was told they will stay 15 minutes past the contracted pick up time. We had to have the band announce that the bus would be leaving ASAP and all guests riding the bus would need to exit the reception and get to the bus. Not they way I wanted a perfect day to end. Not to mention they called the day before the wedding trying to collect the final payment that we had already sent to them 2 months prior. I would not recommend using them for a wedding - maybe a less formal event.

From the second Tammy B arrived we knew it would be a great trip. She was so professional and even brought us a special wine grape necklace to pass around our trip. I had been planning and stressing all week and Tammy immediately told me to relax and that she would take over. Tammy adjusted wineries times when needed, managed to squeeze an extra, brought us to special photo spots and entertained us all day long while still giving us space to enjoy our time together as a group . She is truly a gem! At the end of the day, Tammy had created us all little tokens to remember our day by. We had a wonderful day and would book with FL limos again in a heart beat.

I decided to call the company a week before my wedding to make sure that we were on the same page. They told me that they had no record of me and that BOTH the limos I reserved were gone. They told me that they thought I was mistaken! I then screen shot the text messages that we sent back and forth confirming that they got the check and they we were all set. She then all of a sudden found the sticky note that had my reservation information on it! We met in person, had several phone conversations, and exchanged text messages there is no excuse for my reservation to have been forgotten. The owner of the company was very rude and unprofessional at addressing the issue, they felt like it was not their problem and they did not see the need to help me find a new company. They did not want to fix their mistake so I had to find a new company a week before my wedding. Not only that the owner blamed me for getting forgotten, she said I should have checked on them earlier. Why would I have the need to check in on a limo company when we had already made a timed schedule? It is not the brides responsibility to make sure that the owner has organized notes!! The girls called us from the limo bus and we had to have guests drive to the bus and pick up the bride, parents and bridal party. Needless to say the wedding was late. They have never even tried to contact my son to apologize or return some of his money! All I kept thinking about is the crash in western NY when the whole wedding party was killed in the limo! But to never get ahold of them apologize and compensate their mistake is disgraceful. They were paid in full and didn't give a damn about anything else, not even the safety of their customers. We also wanted to be part of the fun, so we had the trolley pick us up at the venue the night before and bring us to and from our rehearsal dinner. It ended up being such a fun and memorable part of the weekend. Our guests absolutely loved the trolley ride -- on the way back to the hotel, everyone was singing along to music after the driver let them connect to the speaker system. It really added to the celebration and made the night even more memorable for everyone. Matt was very accommodating and made sure we were taken care of once everything was finalized. They came a very long way to service our party, and I'm so tremendously grateful. Our driver, Rob, was a mensch. He arrived early to get a lay of the land and figure out how he planned to navigate the roads in and out of our (very rural) venue. He picked up everyone on time and nobody showed up to our ceremony late! Then he hung out till we were ready to send people home, and was extremely kind to wait until we were sure we had collected all of our guests and left no one behind! It was such a fun option to bring our guests to and from the venue, and we are so beyond pleased that we went with Leatherstocking Trolly Company!
