Asked for help finding shoes that would be appropriate and was pointed towards one pair. A fellow customer was much more helpful and I told her I'd give her a reference if she was looking for a job (she wasn't). So virtually no help. Won't go back there again. I understand businesses want to get rid of instore shopping and their lack of service might get them there but, there are still customers who prefer to shop in person - Skechers might want to make those customer's experiences a little more user friendly.

I would be an excellent spokesperson for the brand and would not stop anyone from giving me free sneakers. They are comfortable and are accommodating to women who have large feet. I wear a size 11. Luckily, Skechers makes shoes for me. If you go to the back of the store, you will find clearance shoe items. I found a wonderful, comfy pair of sneakers. The foam insoles are heavenly. My sneakers were 40% off. I was wearing sandals at the time. There are plenty of clean, disposable foot socks. I slipped a couple on and tried my soon-to-be-mine sneakers. Staff here are nice and chatty. I would recommend visiting this store if you are in London. (229)

No biggie, because they had a pair at one of their other locations...and they called me a few hours later to let me know they had them in. I went in, tried them on to double check and Laura helped me out. The manager (I forgot to ask her name) was awesome as well!! The customer service is absolutely top-notch! I love the fact that the Sales Associates are NOT on commission, yet they still provide fantastic customer service. As long as I don't wear the boots outside and they stay in the same condition, I can return them within 2 weeks if needed. Combined with great quality footwear and fantastic customer service, this store is awesome and I'm impressed!
