Audra was by far the best agent I had the privilege of working with to find a home. She was friendly, nice, caring, dedicated, respectful, honest, knowledgeable, classy, experienced, I could go on if needed! I tried several agents before her, who were no where near as great as she was, I had an agent from another company once show up over an hour late, or put in late bids ,causing us to not get the home we originally wanted. So we were lucky to have found her as our agent. When Tim Adcock started working with them I gave them the opportunity to give me a quote and off the bat saved me over $600 a year between my home & auto. Scott has flipped houses. He owns multi family. He knows property managers, vendors, contractors, etc. He knows what a good deal looks like. Maybe most important Lexington is his home town, and he knows the area and surrounding towns. I've bought a 4plex through him and looking for more. Would recommend, especially for out of town investors
