After all day of not returning my realtors phone calls and texts, Brad and his clients then backed out of the deal, saying they accepted another offer. Honesty is very important in real estate, and Brad obviously doesn't take that very serious. While our contract may of not of been legally binding, accepting a deal, and then backing out does not abide by most realtors codes of ethics. Avoid dealing with Brad and this company at all costs.
