We felt welcomed and taken care of from the first email all the way to when we drove off with our trailer. Monica initially help us secure the trailer, and even did a facetime video tour for us since we live so far away. When we came to pick it up we meet Jennifer, who was so welcoming and took care of all our paperwork with ease. Tyler walked us through every inch of the trailer and took the time to help troubleshoot when we had a hook up issue (no fault of the trailer). And then there are the owners, Dana & Jeff. Two of the kindest people I have ever met. Truly treat you like family instantly. They went beyond what they needed to do when we had issues with our vehicle that required us to spend a few extra days in the area to get it fixed. Thank you doesn't feel like enough. If you want to purchase from a good, honest business with good people... this is the place! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!

Paperwork had some hiccups. Was surprised to learn that the dealer doesn't supply sewer hoses and fill propane tank with a sale (you have to buy). Spending 10's of thousands with a dealer and having to buy essentials previously supplied by RV dealers was irksome. (Maybe all such enterprises have adopted the same policy given the times, but still...) Hope for the sake of others that policy changes.

Our story with Tracy began in August 2024, just days after Matt and I got married. She helped us purchase our first Corvette together, and from that very first experience we knew she was special. She didn't just make buying a car easy--she made it exciting, memorable, and genuinely enjoyable. When Matt was ready for a new truck, there wasn't even a conversation about where we were going. We went right back to Tracy. Now, just in time for our second wedding anniversary, she helped us bring home our dream 2027 Corvette Stingray. What Tracy couldn't have known is just how much this Corvette means to me. I was born in 1981, and one of my favorite family photos is of me as a baby sitting on my dad's 1955 Corvette. He still owns that Corvette today, and it has always been my favorite car in the world. Growing up, I looked at that picture countless times and listened to my dad's stories about that car. So when I opened the door to our Corvette and saw the Adrenaline Red interior, I immediately thought of my dad's. Some people see a beautiful red interior. I see my childhood. I see my dad. I see a lifetime of memories. That moment is something I'll never forget. Three vehicles later, our confidence in Tracy has only grown stronger. She is kind, honest, knowledgeable, incredibly patient, and genuinely cares about the people she helps. She never makes you feel pressured. Instead, she celebrates right alongside you, making every purchase feel personal and exciting. I also want to recognize Ryan Hembd in finance. He made what is usually the most stressful part of buying a vehicle feel effortless. He was professional, patient, thorough, and made the entire process smooth from beginning to end. Together, Ryan and Tracy created an experience that was seamless from start to finish. In today's world, exceptional customer service is rare. People like Tracy are even rarer. We've now trusted her with three vehicle purchases, and there is no higher compliment we can give than this: When it's time for our next vehicle, we won't be looking for a dealership--we'll be looking for Tracy. To everyone at Chevy GMC of Corsicana, thank you for creating a team and an experience that customers genuinely want to come back to. But most of all, thank you, Tracy, for being part of some of the biggest milestones in our lives--from our first Corvette after our wedding... to Matt's truck... and now to the Corvette that celebrates our second wedding anniversary and brings a lifelong dream full circle. You didn't just help us buy three vehicles--you helped create memories we'll carry with us for the rest of our lives. Thank you for becoming part of our family's story. With heartfelt gratitude, LeAnn & Matt

My wife and I arrived knowing the exact vehicle we wanted to purchase. Spoke with a polite, knowledgeable, and relatable salesperson. Worked a deal on a $91k MSRP for just under $61k after trade and add ons. So we had plenty of equity to get the financing done. Salesperson said everything looked great and moved me to finance where things went off the rails. Typical finance guy that tries to act hard-nosed and "is what it is" so you'll think you don't have options and you won't negotiate. He reads me my approval and tells me the monthly payment. I of course told him no, that's over $200 a month more than it should be. He tells me my credit must have been good before but not now and that the interest rate would be much higher than before. I told him I knew rates are higher now but his rate was far higher than what it should be. We all know the dealership makes money of our interest rate so that's the usual tactic. Then he told me I needed to put some money down to get the rate lower. I told him that wasn't happening. He continued to pressure me to do so and I repeatedly told him no. I had an auto loan calculator open on my phone and started running numbers. I noticed even at the interest rate he stated, then numbers didn't make sense. I asked him what the total finance amount was and he gave me a number just over $64k. That was over $3k more than the deal the salesperson and I had agreed on. When I called him out on it he left the room and said he'd find out what happened. The correct amount was right there in front of him on the deal sheet. He was either doing something shady and hoping I wasn't going to question it, or the guy just doesn't know how to enter numbers into the computer. To me it was obvious some shady stuff was going on. He came back in and put in the correct numbers. He still came up way off from what the payment should be and again pressured me to put money down. He then began trying to negotiate the payment "I'd be good with". I stood my ground and told him I had a 4.5 hour drive home so I needed to hit the road. When I walked out I was met by the salesperson and his manager. I told them we couldn't make it happen. They then tag teamed up, pressuring me and telling me how they were already losing money on the deal and how much vehicle I was getting for my money. (Two days later I saw they posted my trade in for over $27k when they gave me $21k for it. I know the business and that doesn't bother me but to tell me they are losing money on the deal is just a huge lie.) Both were talking over each other I'm sure just trying to confuse and overwhelm me. They then started trying to negotiate a payment that would work for me. I caved a bit and went up $25 per month. The manager said he'd make it happen and head to the finance office saying "I'll probably lose my job for this" to which I laughed loudly and said "you're not going to lose your damn job". He returned and said they had it worked out. I went back into finance and finished up the deal. In the end I didn't feel great about it because I know they still got over on me a bit but it was a deal I could live with. So after that I just put on a smile and played nice to get delivery wrapped up and get headed home. The salesperson had said they would hand wash the vehicle and fill it up. When he brought it around it had been washed. Once I left, I looked down and saw less than a 1/4 tank of fuel. So I guess they saved themselves the cost of a tank of fuel too. My summary. Upon arrival I really thought I had found a smaller dealership that would be different than the big city high pressure places. I was wrong. They are just as shady in their practices. I would have stayed home and done business with my local dealership that I trust and normally deal with but the vehicle I purchased was a limited edition and my local dealership was not allocated one. Trust me, there are still dealerships like my local one that will be straight forward with you and never once pressure you or take you out of your comfort zone. Brinson is not one of those. Hope they made enough on the deal to justify losing repeat business. I won't be back.
